Max Stodola
Administrator
Max has been with Monarch since June 2021 starting as a practicum student at Parmly on the Lake and has been at the Waterview Pines since September 2022. He got his start in long-term care in college working as a dietary aide. Max graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Long-Term Care. Max loves to engage with residents, staff and family members. When asked why he is passionate about long-term care, Max responded "I have a heart for caring. I want to see the very best of our residents. Knowing that my actions have a direct impact on the daily lives of our amazing residents keeps me motivated and drives me to continue learning new ways we can care for the population we serve." In his free time, Max likes to go fishing and spend time outdoors with his friends and family.
Jessica Fox
Director of Nursing
Jessica joined The Waterview Pines team in September of 2021. Her background includes an associate degree in nursing as well as a bachelor's degree in management. She worked as a CNA for over 10 years starting while in high school. For Jessica, long-term care has always been the most rewarding part of nursing. Even with the challenges & diversity, seeing people heal and go home or being with them in their times of need is so fulfilling. Whether it's the care provided to our residents or her team of nursing staff, Jessica is always looking for ways to improve. She's proud to be part of such a supportive team at The Pines.
Naomi Ranisate
Social Service Director
Naomi joined our team in September of 2022. She received her bachelor’s in Social Work from St. Cloud State University. Her experience includes 12 years as a county social worker, working in both children and adult services. In her position, Naomi values building and fostering relationships between residents, families, and care providers. The stronger these relationships are, the better quality of life for our residents.
Louise Lepacek
Therapeutic Recreation Director
Louise began her career at The Waterview Pines in June of 2012 as an LPN. In 2017, she transitioned to become the van driver planning all of the resident outings for The Waterivew Pines and The Waterview Woods. In May of 2023, she started her position as our Therapeutic Recreation Director. Louise started in healthcare as a nursing aide but left the industry for about 30 years. In 2010, she decided to go to school to become an LPN because she knew in her heart that working with the elderly was where she had to be.
Alexandra Milton
Human Resources Director
Alexandra started at The Waterview Pines in July of 2022. She transitioned into the Human Resources Director role from her previous position as Talent Acquisition Specialist for Monarch. Her experience in healthcare started when she was in high school working as a PCA at a local assisted living. Alex’s favorite part about her position is interacting with our staff & making sure that they feel all the support necessary to provide the very best care to our residents. She is committed to coming to work each day to make a positive impact on the lives of both our staff & residents.
Kelly Perfetti
Business Office Manager
Kelly joined our team as the Business Office Manager in March of 2023. Kelly has been working in the financial medical and coding business for over 20 years. She is well-versed in the billing process. She is excited to embark on this journey helping residents and families navigate the financial area of their stay here.
