Max Stodola
Administrator
Max has been with Monarch since June 2021 starting as a practicum student at Parmly on the Lake and has been at the Waterview Pines since September 2022. He got his start in long-term care in college working as a dietary aide. Max graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Long-Term Care. Max loves to engage with residents, staff and family members. When asked why he is passionate about long-term care, Max responded "I have a heart for caring. I want to see the very best of our residents. Knowing that my actions have a direct impact on the daily lives of our amazing residents keeps me motivated and drives me to continue learning new ways we can care for the population we serve." In his free time, Max likes to go fishing and spend time outdoors with his friends and family.
Kalee Schultz
Director of Nursing
Kalee joined our team as Director of Nursing in August of 2024. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare starting as a CNA in 2012, becoming an LPN in 2016 and an RN in 2020. Prior to coming to The Waterview Pines, Kalee worked as a travel nurse for 2 ½ years in long-term and acute care. Her interest in long-term care was sparked by her close relationship with her grandmother, creating her passion for providing quality care for our aging population. She always is looking for ways to improve and provide a unique and enjoyable experience for her staff and residents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and kids.
Ashley Tomassoni
Social Service Director
Ashley joined The Waterview Pines team in May of 2024. Ashley has her Human Services AAS degree from Mesabi Range College and is working towards obtaining her LSW degree at Bemidji State University. Since joining the healthcare industry, Ashley's passion has grown for helping individuals meet their full potential to ensure they have a happy, healthy, safe and fulfilling life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her significant other, 13-year-old daughter, rottweiler and two cats. Outside of work, you can find Ashley at her family cabin, fishing, traveling, shopping, gardening, DIY-ing, and watching her daughter play hockey, volleyball, and softball throughout the year.
Louise Lepacek
Therapeutic Recreation Director
Louise began her career at The Waterview Pines in June of 2012 as an LPN. In 2017, she transitioned to become the van driver planning all of the resident outings for The Waterivew Pines and The Waterview Woods. In May of 2023, she started her position as our Therapeutic Recreation Director. Louise started in healthcare as a nursing aide but left the industry for about 30 years. In 2010, she decided to go to school to become an LPN because she knew in her heart that working with the elderly was where she had to be.
Kelly Perfetti
Business Office Manager
Kelly joined our team as the Business Office Manager in March of 2023. Kelly has been working in the financial medical and coding business for over 20 years. She is well-versed in the billing process. She is excited to embark on this journey helping residents and families navigate the financial area of their stay here.
Kevin Polla
Director of Rehabilitation
Kevin started as the Director of Rehabilitation at The Waterview Pines in May of 2022. He has over 27 years of experience working in the physical therapy field. He became interested in physical therapy knowing that he could help improve his client's qualities of life. Understanding that his work can change someone's life for the better continues to bring him back to work each day. He has worked in a wide variety of roles within the physical therapy profession and every day is different with new challenges and new achievements.
