The Emeralds at Grand Rapids offers 50 full apartments including single bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedroom deluxe.
We have a home-like atmosphere. We have staffing which includes PCA and CNA caregivers. Our tenants receive additional full-time evening and overnight staff.
Assisted Living offers services and the privacy of your own apartment. From our compassionate, professional staff to customized assistance and wellness programs, you can rest assured the individual needs of you or a loved one will always be met while staying at our facility.
Our caring and professional staff includes RNs and LPNs as well as CNAs. They provide residents assistance with bathing, dressing, daily hygiene, grooming, and other activities of daily living as well as any medication management that may be required by our residents.
We make every effort to encourage the maximum independence of our residents while still providing them with assistance when needed.
