Rehabilitation at The Emeralds at St. Paul
Our short term rehabilitation services are all about how we can support you.
Monarch's specialized short-term rehab and clinical team of experts help thousands of people transition from hospital to home or a different level of care each year.
Our main goal is to make your or your loved one’s stay with us as pleasant as possible. We understand that the challenges of rehab can cause quite a bit of stress for an individual, so we take extra steps to ensure all other outside stressors are minimized.

We partner with outside providers to meet all our residents' needs without having to leave the building. Support services provided onsite include:
- Physician and Nurse Practitioner services
- Lab services
- Mental health and psychological support through Associated Clinic of Psychology
