Kaylee graduated from the College of Saint Benedict with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, also obtaining a Public Health Nursing License. She received vast clinical experience throughout nursing school including inpatient hospital setting at Saint Cloud Hospital, outpatient clinics, Saint Cloud Correctional Facility, and global healthcare experience in Saint Lucia. She began her nursing career at a local Emergency Department in Saint Louis Park. She missed building the deeper connections with her patients and seeing the journey of healing, so she felt the urge to transition to long term care and would not trade her residents and staff for the world. Her favorite parts of the day are chatting with the residents who come visit in her office or bring her their artwork to hang up on her walls. On her days off, she enjoys coaching a local high school dance team and spending time with her pets in her garden.
In 2023, David graduated with his degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In that same year he obtained his license in Nursing Home Administration and joined Monarch Healthcare Management. David started working in healthcare in 2021 and has been in several roles since, such as a Resident Assistant, Administrative Intern, Business Office Manager, Assistant Administrator, and Interim Administrator. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking/being outdoors, and watching the Minnesota Wild.
