Ian Niles
Interim Administrator
Ian is a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!) majoring in Health Services Management with focuses in Public Health and Long-Term Care Administration. He has worked at several Monarch facilities while starting as a Healthcare Intern. With a passion and appreciation for the Midway area, Ian began work at The Estates at Lynnhurst in January of 2024.
Ian has executed a multitude of projects within Monarch and the community. His next focus is on further cultivation of a safe, warming environment at Lynnhurst while bolstering community involvement in care. "Midway is a lively, bustling area. The surrounding neighborhoods are deeply entrenched in the lives of our residents. I want to build lasting partnerships in the community that grow with this facility." He understands that it takes a village to provide enriching care and is eager to find creative ways to make a difference in the lives of the residents.
In his free time, Ian can be found touring the food trucks in the Twin Cities or running the Mississippi River. Unfortunately, he does not have any pets, so he spends time at the humane society to scratch the itch. In the future, he plans to obtain a Masters in either Healthcare or Business Administration.
Motto: "Meet people where they are at."
