We provide meaningful entertainment and activities at our facility. Our top-notch Therapeutic Recreation Team provides fun and interactive programming to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of every individual under our care. Our daily activities include occasional outings, planned events, spiritual services, physical activities and many more mentally stimulating programs.
Rest assured you have an expert clinical team to care for you. The Beacons at Lake Crystal’s primary nurse is available for all concerns, with on-call nursing services available 24/7 to ensure concerns are addressed and your needs are being met.
CContinue to see your own primary care provider or become a member of Bluestone Provider Services. If enrolled with this provider service, residents are seen 1 time per month and nurse staff can message a provider at any time with non-emergent concerns. We are able to have portable x-ray, ultrasound, and lab come into the facility as well. Vision care and podiatry care are also offered here on a scheduled basis, for residents who choose to use these services.
