The Estates at Greeley takes pride in providing individualized, compassionate care to all of our residents. In addition to offering quality long-term care, we provide short-term rehabilitation to those who are recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery. Our Transitional Care Program is designed to bridge the gap between the hospital and your home. We offer an experienced team of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists that will create an individualized plan to promote strength and recovery. We offer all of this in a quiet, comfortable setting that may include private suites equipped to meet your every need.
Our activities department is staffed by a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist. Our patients are encouraged to enjoy the outdoors in our garden or participate in activities such as spiritual services, Bingo, and popcorn socials. The Estates at Greeley has made an investment in its patient care through the coordination of certified wound care nurses, as well as a nurse practitioner. We have a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and proudly serve area veterans with our award-winning care.
