Administrator

Ross is a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota – Crookston in the field of Business and Nursing Home Administration. Ross was hired as the Business Office Manager in April 2018. As the years went on, Ross's passion for long-term care grew and he yearned to be more involved in the facility's day-to-day operations.

He believes Stillwater and the surrounding communities have something special! He loves to help the elderly in the communities with all the services The Estates at Greeley has to offer.

When asked what he likes about The Estates at Greeley, Ross replied "The employees, residents and their loved ones is what makes Greeley the best healthcare facility in Minnesota. Greeley's staff genuinely love, care for and respect each resident as if they were a member of their own family. This is something that's stood out to me since the day I started, and I feel it every day".

When not working directly with the staff and residents, Ross enjoys playing sports, binge watching television series and spending time with his wife and two dogs.

“The Estates of Greeley brings me the Family and Community Feel with the Residents, Families and Staff in the neighborhood community I consider home. I am so happy to join a community where the focus of all of the staff is for the clients in which we serve. When I saw this method of practice and the love for residents and staff among each other, I knew it was the place for me.”

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys crafting, sewing, spending time with family and friends.  She is anxiously awaiting the time where the cruise industry reopens with fewer concerns as she loves to hit the high seas.
