It’s really a family-like atmosphere between staff and residents and I really enjoy getting to know everyone and appreciate all the growing opportunities Monarch has given me."

Michaela is a passionate advocate in the field, being involved in Care Providers of Minnesota and other projects within the organization to better our community and our industry for the population that we serve. When not working directly with her staff and residents, Michaela enjoys baking, and her cat, Muffin.

Michelle joyously joined the Greeley family as the Director of Nursing in 2021. Entering with over 29 years experience, Michelle has served her community as a CNA, Staff RN, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Manager, ADON, and DON in both hospital and Long Term Care settings. Michelle truly prides herself in the experience of serving in every role that she oversees as a Director of Nursing.  “When you have walked in the shoes of those whom you work with, you are able to relate and identify, making you a better leader.”

“The Estates of Greeley brings me the Family and Community Feel with the Residents, Families and Staff in the neighborhood community I consider home. I am so happy to join a community where the focus of all of the staff is for the clients in which we serve. When I saw this method of practice and the love for residents and staff among each other, I knew it was the place for me.”

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys crafting, sewing, spending time with family and friends.  She is anxiously awaiting the time where the cruise industry reopens with fewer concerns as she loves to hit the high seas.
