Holly German, RN
Director of Nursing

Holly grew up in Stanchfield, MN. She completed her nursing education at Allan Hancock College on the beautiful central coast of California in 2008. Holly has gained 14 years of healthcare experience working with the geriatric population.   

When asked why she chose this profession, Holly replied, “I started out as a CNA to see if I would even like it. I fell in love with the elderly and never looked back!”  

What do you do for fun? “When I’m not at work, you will find me with my husband and 2 awesome kids! We love RV’ing, baseball, concerts, cruising in our '74 Duster, and cheering on our car #54 at various dirt tracks Friday/Saturday nights!”

Mary Shaw, LSW
Director of Social Services

Mary grew up in St. Peter, MN. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from North Central University. She found her passion for the Geriatric population working as a Care Manager in an Assisted Living community while in college. Mary and her family currently live locally. She has a 2-year-old daughter (Aria) and is anxiously awaiting the birth of their second daughter this summer!

When asked why she chose this profession, Mary replied, “I have always wanted a career where I can help advocate for others.”

Tell us something fun about yourself. “I’m a Pastor’s wife and love my church family at Living Hope Christian Center in Pine City!”

Administrator

Grace grew up 20 minutes south of Rush City in Stacy, MN. She completed her Bachelor’s in Health Services Management and minored in Long Term Care and Public Health at the at the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!). 

Grace enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her favorite sports team, and traveling to new destinations with her partner, Cooper. When asked why she chose healthcare, Grace replied, “Ever since I have been old enough to have a job it has been in healthcare. I started out as a culinary aide and certified nursing assistant. The quality time I was able to spend with my residents each day inspired me to want to make sure all potential residents would be able to have that same great care we all deserve. Healthcare is an industry where we can positively impact someone’s life each day.”
