Nick joined The Estates at Rush City in April of 2024. He started his journey in Healthcare Administration at UW Eau Claire and graduated with his bachelor's in 2023. Nick is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families and motivated by the opportunity to enhance the quality of care and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for every resident we care for. Building relationships with the staff, residents and their families continues to fuel his commitment to this field. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, being a 49ers fan and going on hikes with his dog, Nova.
Brittany grew up in Mora and recently relocated to Pine City, Minnesota. She started her career in healthcare as a CNA when she was 16 years old. She fell in love with taking care of people and worked her way up to LPN, Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, and now Director of Nursing.
When asked why she chose this profession, Brittany replied, "I love caring for people, and the geriatric population in particular holds a special place in my heart."
Brittany loves spending time with her family, "I married my high school sweetheart, and we have two daughters, Annaleise and Chloe. We love being outside and exploring the outdoors."
Kelly grew up in the area over in Hinckley before leaving Minnesota. She lived in North Carolina, Arizona and Louisiana before eventually returning to Minnesota. She began her career in long-term care in 2006 and has continued in the field ever since. Kelly joined the team at The Estates at Rush City in March of 2024 and is dedicated to serving the aging population. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and granddaughter, Minnesota summers, warm weather and cheering on her favorite team, the Vikings.
