Jen is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire through the Nursing Home Administration program. She started her career as an administrative residency student at The Estates at Roseville and continued her career path as an Administrator in Training with Monarch Healthcare Management. She has had experiences working in various Monarch buildings through her time as an administrator in training, such as, Bayside Manor, The Estates at Lynnhurst, The Gardens at Foley, and The Estates at St. Louis Park.
Jen continues to be passionate about her career because she loves to surround herself with residents, staff, and family members. She enjoys the opportunity to make a positive daily impact on the residents' lives and make personal connections with those she comes across.
When not working directly with the staff and residents, Jen enjoys spending her time baking, planting, and participating in CrossFit competitions! Jen also loves spending time with her Springer Spaniel, Jax.
Cristina is a Minnesota native and currently lives in Crystal with her husband and two children. Cristina has been a Registered Nurse for 20+ years. Her background is hospital acute care and is very excited to take her nursing career in a new direction. Cristina is very passionate about customer service, quality management, and making personal connections with residents and fellow team members. When Cristina is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new food, and traveling.
