Upon arriving at Meeker Manor, you can expect to be welcomed and shown to your room where you will meet with representatives who make up your care team. Your care team will learn your preferences and are the driving force in developing your plan of care.
Meeker Manor will provide you with medication, medical and hygiene supplies, activities, and meals. You are welcome to bring clothes, assistive devices, and any personal items that would make your stay feel more like home.
