Macy Wilharm earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Health and Services Administration from Upper Iowa University. She has been working in long-term care for 6 years where she found her passion for working with the elderly. She has settled into Bayside Manor, and we could not be happier. She enjoys helping others and is a strong advocate for the field, “being in long-term care is like having a second family”. When Macy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, hunting, and gardening outdoors.
